Well, I again give this campground a 10. But from what I have seen it will not be that way for long for sure. The shower floors were dirty, and the grass was not mowed as it has been in my most recent stays, and it is not kept up as well as it has been. But I will still keep coming up here. It is great, but I hope the National Award Of Campground of the Year does not go to their head as it is a great place, and I hate to see it run down .

This is going to be a great camping resort. It has a lot of potential. The bathrooms are clean and roomy. The sites are very level and clean. They have garbage pickup at your site. I will return to this place very many times in the future. I will also recommend it to anyone that wants away from the main stream crowds of the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area. I am planning another stay there this following weekend since it's only about 51 miles from where I live. Great place, very friendly staff , and all in all a great place to stay and relax. They also have a little BBQ snack shack that is outta this world. All meats are smoked right outside the shack. Very good food. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

We stayed in this camp ground for two weeks , and all but the weekend memorial weekend. All was quiet . We had a ocean front premium spot, about 30 feet from the beach, and a pull thru at that. It was great. The beach was great; we stay down here for 2-3 weeks at a time at this time of year. Have stayed at the other two campgrounds on the other side, but this is far better. I will and have already planned for another trip down here for three weeks in August. We are looking into paying for a concrete pad this next time; about two spots from the ocean. I cannot comment on the other poster who stayed down here. To me all I have to say, is it's the ocean, I come down here for and nothing else. I spend about six hours a day in a rented chair and umbrella on the beach. I will come back . Also golf cart rental is cheaper than the other two and I rented one for two weeks . Plan on coming here from now on .

I only stayed here a weekend. Being that I live close by I just came up to get away, but it was OK .

I was here only a few days, but it was fun, and I enjoyed myself. I will come back if the time allows.
